CorporateTreasurer’s CTWeek HK 2023 took place on 25 April 2023 at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong, where top treasurers, CFOs and heads of finance from corporates across various industries gathered together to have open and deep-dive discussions on risk management, liquidity, opportunities in China’s Greater Bay Area, trends in supply chain finance, as well as forecasting tools that facilitate daily operations.
Our CFO, Mr. Peter Ying, CGMA, CPA, LLM, was invited as one of the two guest speakers for the panel discussion – “Looking to Working Capital Management amid Economic Volatility”. Facing prolonged economic turmoil brought by global inflation, supply chain disruptions and rising costs of raw materials, Peter shared views and case examples on the application of strategies in navigating through supply chain uncertainties as well as effective means to manage supplier and vendor relationships to remain liquid and competitive during challenging times.
